A licensed Real Estate, Stock, Station & Business agent with over 20 years experience, Patrick commenced business in Oberon in January 2006 and combined with Emms Mooney & Co in March 2010 extending the business network across the region and into Bathurst, Orange and Molong. Patrick has been instrumental in shaping the network into a dynamic award-winning business which dominates the area consistently marketing the largest real estate, rural holdings and livestock trade in the central tablelands.
Patrick has built the business by offering clients a full range of services, including sales, property management & livestock sales. Patrick is an elected member of the Rural Chapter committee at the Real Estate Institute of New South Wales and continues as an active member of the Oberon Plateau Tourist Association.
Having grown up in the area, Patrick has an intimate knowledge of the region and resides with his family in O’Connell.
