Matt started his career as a trainee with a private livestock agent in Bathurst in 1994 then later worked alongside the late Charlie Maher, who he credits a lot to working with and learning from.
Matt understands the challenges faced by the local farmers. He owns his own mixed farming enterprise, producing prime lambs and grass-fed beef in the local area.
His extensive knowledge of the region and livestock market adds a great depth and experience to the team.
